Somizi Mhlongo is trending after a video of him emerged. In the video, he referred to Bonang as his former best friend on Morning Expresso. Somizi in previous interviews has said that she was his Lebo Mathosa and how their friendship ended abruptly after she blocked him.
Their relationship ended after reports that Somizi had told DJ Zinhle that Bonang had been having an affair with DJ Zinhle’s then man, AKA. Bonang said that she cut him off after he became friends with her ex and she realized that she couldn’t trust him.
