Jackie Phamotse Defends Chris Brown Amid Petition To Cancel His Concerts

Controversial author, Jackie Phamotse has defended Chris Brown in light of a petition calling for the cancelation of his upcoming concerts in South Africa initiated by Women for Change who cite his history with domestic abuse.

Phamotse said that rehabilitation takes a long period of time and the stigmastays with you.

She said that the government had approved him to come to South Africa and if there were concerns, security could be tightened.

She said her biggest problem was how society fails to understand that rehabilitation happens outside in the community.
