Helen Zile Gives ANC An Ultimatum To Re-Elect Brink

Chairperson of the DA’s federal council, Helen Zile is charting the trends on X.

This after she wrote a letter giving the ANC an ultimatum demanding the re-election of Brink as Tshwane Mayor.

She said, “The return of Ciliers Brink as the Executive Mayor of Tshwane is a non-negotiable condition for these talks to resume. The ANC should take careful note of the widespread anger and backlash in the Capital City against parties responsible for removing Mayor Brink. The blunder of yesterday’s events can be reversed by re-electing Brink to the position. ”

A vote to elect a new Mayor in Tshwane is set to take place on Wednesday.
