South African media personality, Khanyi Mbau’s face has gone viral. This after she stirred social media by sharing a video of her face following cosmetic surgery. Mbau revealed that she underwent surgery to remove excess skin from her eyelids and a subnasal lip lift to enhance the shape of her lips.
