MK Party Removes Simphiwe Mpungose From His Post

The UMkhonto WeSizwe Party has allegedly removed Simphiwe Mpungose from his position as the Provincial Coordinator for the KwaZulu-Natal province.

In a statement dated 1 June 2024, it is noted that his removal was effective from the said date.

The statement went on to say that he would remain a normal member of the MK party and that the party appreciated his role and service. The reason behind his removal was not stated.
