ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula’s wife Nozuko Mbalula has thrown a legal lawsuit at entertainment blogger Musa Khawula over defamatory statements that he made on his X account.
Mbalula shared images of a the letter dated 28 May 2024. The order stattes that the allegations that Nozuko and her partner Michelle Perrow were involved in a fraud and corruption scandal are defamatory and false and Khawula is liable to oay damages.
Khawula is also ordered to retract the statements within 48 hours from all social media platforms and any other relating to the matter. Khawula jad taken to X on May 8 and alleged that Nozuko and Perrow were involved in a R150 million fraud and corruption scandal.
