Jacob Zuma’s Fight Against Advocate Billy Downer Continues

Accused No1, Advocate Billy Downer and accused No2, Karyn Maughan have been appearing in court, and Former President Jacob Zuma is the Private Prosecutor.

He is prosecuting the two for flouting s41(6) of the National Prosecuting Authority Act.

They have been appearing to answer to the private prosecution former President Jacob Zuma has instituted against them.
