South African singer suffered a stroke last year while performing in Frankfurt Germany.
The news of her stroke came shocked many of her fans since the singer had always travelled the world to perform at global shows.
Lira has been updating her fans in regards to her health. She recently had an interview on Radio 702 explaining her ordeal.
