The Economic Freedom Fighters Party rejected the Constitutional Court ruling on the suspension of former Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane.
The Court ruled that President Cyril Ramaphosa had no personal gain to achieve when in the suspension of the Public Protector.
Mkhwebane was suspended when she was about to start investigations into the Phala Phala farm saga.
