Serial Kilker Rosemary Ndlovu Charged After Being Caught With A Mobile Phone While Imprisoned.

Rosemary Ndlovu will be charged with contravening the Correctional Services Act by Department of Correctional Services.

The serial kilker was caught with a mobile phone while imprisoned.

Correctional services say process may involve a withdrawal of privileges for a specified period.

In 2021 Rosemary was sentenced to 6 life terms for the murders of 5 of her relatives and her lover.
