There has been media reports that the Zulu King, Misuzulu KaZwelithini was poisoned. It was reported that the King was being treated at a hospital in Eswatini.
The King has denied that he was poisoned, in a video posted on Twitter the King Misuzulu said he was happy and everything was well functioning when it came to his health.
He also assured the Zulu family and nation to stop listening to fake news and allegations. The King also denied that his right hand man was poisoned.
The video was shared by Sihle Mavuso on Twitter.
