South African musician Basetsana Mothapo who is popularly known as Pabi Cooper was nominated for the Best International Act award at the 2023 BET awards.
The Best International Act award was won by Nigerian musician Burna Boy. Pabi Cooper attended the event.
The award ceremony took place on the 25th of June, 2023 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California.
