The Madiba Shirt creator Sonwanile Ndamase, was honoured by Ministers and foreign Ambassadors on his 63rd birthday.

Ndamase, who is the original creator of the famous Madida shirts worn by South Africa’s first President Nelson Mandela celebrated his birthday on 12 June.

The celebrations were held at the Castle Kyalami Church of Scientology in Midrand.

Ambassadors from Indonesia, Venezuela, Yemen and Africa graced the event. Celebrities, High commissioners, and Minister, Zizi Kodwa and ex-Minister Nathi Mthethwa were also at the event.

Winnie Mandela’s former personal assistant,  Zwelibanzi Vavi, and Gauteng Health MEC Nomantu Nkomo-Relehoko and many others were at the celebrations.
