Sam Sithole Appointment As Non-Executive Director by Tiger Brands

Tiger Brands announced that its board had appointed Sam Sithole as a non-executive director as of April 1.

Sithelo is one of the founders of Value Capital Partners which owns 3.5% of Tiger Brands.

The chartered accountant has held many roles at Brait including being the executive director-capital and treasury.

He used to be a partner at Delloite and is also a non-executive director of Allied Electronics Corporation.

In addition to that he is a chairman at Sun International and an alternate director at Metair Investiments and Adcorp.
