Musical Duo Distruction Boyz Announce Their Separation

Gqom musical duo from Durban, Distruction Boyz announced their split on their Instagram page. The two will focus on their solo careers.

The group was made up of Thobani Mgobhozi and Zipho Mthembu.

Distruction Boyz rose to fame following the release of their hit song Omunye which was released in 2017.

Their split follows that of musical duo Black Motion which was made up of Bongani Mahosana and Thabo Mabongwane.
