South African Shoe brand, Kicks Kokovha, alleges in court papers that popular musician, Makhadzi, stopped promoting their shoes after she decided to start her own shoe brand.
Kicks Kokovha is suing Makhadzi for R8 million and want her to buy back all the shoes that are in their ware house which they could not sell as Makhadzi did not fulfill her side of the deal by promoting the shoes at her shoes.
On the other hand, Makhadzi wants Kicks Sports Wear to remove the paragraph with this allegation from their summons.
