Edwin Sodi fails to pay ex wife Nthateng Lerata her R20 million

Sunday World reports that business mogul, Edwin Sodi has failed to pay his ex-wife, Nthateng Lerata, R20 million that is her share in his business empire.

A friend told the newspaper that Sodi and Nthateng ‘s assets are registered in a family trust.

The two agreed to be equal partners in the businesses that Sodi started.

In 2021, Sodi agreed to pay R10 million to Nthateng. She was expecting R10 million to be paid to her by the end of 2021. When the money was not paid, Ntatheng told Sodi that the settlement agreement was null and void and she wants to take the matter to court.
