Advocate Malesela Teffo has opened cases against Kelly Khumalo’s lawyer Magdalene Moonsamy and EFF President Julius Malema.
Teffo opened charges of crimen injuria and defamation of character against Magdalene Moonsamy and Julius Malema.
The case against Moonsamy was opened at the Brixton Police station in Gauteng, while another case was opened against Malema.
Malema once told the media that Teffo was disrespectful and that he was making the Senzo Meyiwa murder case about himself.

Advocate Malesela Teffo was representing four of the five accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.
Senzo Meyiwa was shot dead in October 2014 at his then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s house in Vosloorus.
