Entertainment commentator Kgopolo Phil Mphela once reported that Buhle Samuels was fired from Imbewu: The Seed as the show was returning for season 4.
He said the actress was difficult to work with, the same reason which was given when she left Muvhango. Buhle played the role of Zandile in Imbewu and Matshidiso on Muvhango.
The actress denied being fire and said she decided to leave on her own will because Imbewu production had cast her as gold digger, a role she said she will not be playing on the entertainment industry.
Buhle Samuels has landed herself a new role as Angela on Kings of Joburg.
