Billionaire businessman, Edwin Sodi, said he was shocked to find his estranged wife, Nthateng Lerata, having s_ex with businessman, Faizal Motlekar, with the doors wide open while his daughter was in the house.
The information is contained in Sodi’s bail application at the Johannesburg High Court.
Sodi, who was granted R150 000 bail, said he was driving past his home, where Lerata lives with his daughter, and saw that the lights were totally off.
Sodi said he went into the house using his own set of keys after his knocks went unanswered.
Sodi said he was shocked to find Lerata and Faizal having se_x in the cinema room, as their daughter could have walked in on them.
Sodi said when he confronted Lerata, Motlekar attacked him. He said he waded Motleka off by hitting him on the head with a cellphone, and not a gun.
