AmaZulu King, King Misuzulu KaZwelithini had his first public interview with eNCA and during the interview he spoke about his plans for the throne, divisions within the family and his future plans.
When asked about his wife and family plans, the King confirmed that he will marry Ntokozo Mayisela who is also the mother of his two sons.
He said the Zulu Royal family is still in mourning and once that process is done an announcement will be made regarding the wedding.
The King said the wedding is a huge celebration therefore a lot of things needed to be considered including the government’s Covid-19 protocols. The King did not rule out the possibility of marrying other wives.
He said polygamy was his family aswell as the Zulu culture. The King also spoke about divisions and fights within his family saying he has since forgiven his family members who were against his nomination as a King
