Actress Zinhle Mabena appeared before the Pretoria Magistrates court yesterday.
She was present for three cases that her estranged husband Robert Ngwenya filed against her.
Cases of theft and malicious damage to property were thrown out of court while the case of assault is pending.
The actress was arrested not so long ago when her husband, businessman Robert Ngwenya reported to the police that she had tried to kill him.

In addition to that there were reports that Zinhle had hired a hit man to kill her estranged husband Robert Ngwenya.
