Bapedi King Victor Tulare Has Died

Bapedi King, Victor Thulare, who was recognized by President Cyril Ramaphosa in 2020, died on Wednesday after a short illness.

King Thulare died at Netcare Moor Hospital in Pretoria.

The death of Thulare has re-ignited the fight over the kingship.

Thulare ‘s uncle, Kenneth Kgagudi Sekhukune, was also claiming the throne until he lost the battle in the Constitutional Court in 2020.
