Black Coffee Asks SAMAs To Correct Their Mistake And Do Justice To Master KG (Jerusalema)

South African Music Awards, the SAMAs are trending once again this year and this time it is because the people do not agree with their decisions.

Tweets have started a #SAMAsMustFall because they did not include Master KG and Nomcebo’s hit song ‘Jerusalema’as one of the nominations for Best Song Of The Year.

Though the SAMAs failed to recognise Jerusalema, the song is now a global trend with the Jerusalema dance challenge now sweeping across European countries at weddings and clubs.

This has made people query the way the SAMAs are conducted. People are asking to be included in voting for the nominees than to have a few individuals making decisions.

DJ Black Coffee took to Twitter to question the SAMAs, he said, “@TheSAMAs don’t you wanna make history, by adding Jerusalema on this Year’s Awards….I mean you can.”

Rapper Cassper Nyovest weighed in and this is what he said, “Master KG and Jerusalema has more hype than the SAMAs. I’m sure they must be pissed off cause they knew what they were doing was foul.”

Even though DJ Maphorisa was nominated for the SAMAs, he came out saying Master KG, Makhadzi, Sha Sha, King Monada and Mas Music deserved to be nominated.
