Sunday Sun reports that Lerato Kganyago ‘s on and off husband, Thami Ndlala pretended to be an admitted attorney and forged court orders.
Ndlala is also said to have used fake court stamps and presented the five court orders with forged signatures of different judges starting in 2012.
In some cases, the original orders are now Missing from the court files.
On May 25, 2015, the Law Society of the Northern Transvaal wrote a letter stating Ndlala was not an admitted attorney on their roll.
Thami told the Sunday World that he was not aware of the SAPS investigations.
He said he was only informed about the allegations this week and the officer involved has a personal vendetta against him and is being Investigated.
