Somizi Mhlongo and Mohale Motaung have made donations to families in Freedom Park over the weekend. Through their foundation they are helping needy families with grocery vouchers.
The couple founded the Somhale Foundation not so long ago and they are already offering help to so many families during this difficult time.
Somizi and Mohale gave away grocery vouchers to 200 families in Freedom Park. Each voucher was worth 500 Rands of grocery shopping.
Altogether the couple managed to donate at least 100,000 Rands to help these families with necessities during the extended lockdown.
The couple revealed that they just wanted to put a hand during this difficult time. In addition to that they said they are going to offer help to residents of Ekurhuleni Municipality.
In Ekurhuleni, they said they are going to give 200 families, grocery vouchers worth 500 Rands each thus in total they will donate another 100,000 Rands.
